Hi, I'm Alison!
I've been in this biz for over a decade & completed projects ranging from massive ground up new construction homes to a single bathroom renovation. In 2019 I set out on my own and On Delancey Place was born.
Coordinating directly with contractors, getting dirty on the job site, and coming up with creative solutions on the fly is my thing.
On the weekends you can find me wandering the aisles at Lowe's or tackling endless projects around my South Philly townhouse.
